Appointments are reserved through secure online booking, so you can choose a time and clinic that suits you. Prefer to ask something first? Send an enquiry and Dumarina's clinic will reply within one business day.
Personal consultation
One patient at a time. Book in with Dumarina to discuss your concerns — she reviews your medical and cosmetic history, assesses your facial anatomy and listens to what you would like to change, and what you would prefer to keep.
Individual treatment plan
You receive a written plan that reflects your face and your timeline, including sequencing, realistic expectations and what may not be appropriate. Pricing is confirmed at this point, with no obligation to proceed.
Treatment appointment
Consent and comfort come first. Each step is explained as it happens, appointment times are generous, and treatment is paced so nothing feels rushed. Every treatment is performed personally by Dumarina, a Registered Nurse.
Aftercare guidance
You leave with written aftercare instructions specific to your treatment, including what is normal in the days that follow, what to avoid and when to expect the result to settle.
Ongoing support
Review appointments are offered where clinically useful, and you are welcome to make contact between visits if something concerns you. Plans are revisited over time as your skin and priorities change.
